This whimsical self portrait captures the hidden aspect of the artist's self. Her only clothes are her hair and the fairy wings, suggesting that the fairy wings reveal a truer, more naked aspect of the artist's personality. Yet, we realize that this glimpse is fleeting; the artist had already pressed the remote button. We will be cut off from the image in the blink of an eye with the closing of the shutter.
